DO NOT hire Gabriella Trujillo to manage your property. Never responds timely and when worse comes to worse with tenants, she removes herself from the situation and leaves the landlord hanging. Someone needs to take her to court so she stops scamming people that trust her with their properties.

Scam company with terrible customer service. They steal your money and don't return your calls.
Would not recommend them to anyone. When I lived in a place with them it was a constant battle to even get maintenance or even to get them on the phone. Everyone in our complex hated renting through this property management. And I was a good tenant and my rental history was great I’ve only ever been late on rent once. When I went applying for new places all the property managers that called them said they have odd business hours and when they do call they never answer so I kept getting denied everywhere due to them not answe... read more
