Horrible Experience This location was hosting a fundraiser for Tri-City Hospital last week, so we went to support the cause. Trying to be patient, we waited for half an hour before we went looking for someone to take our order. We had to go the hostess stand to get assistance - they sent over the manager who was very apologetic and took our order. AN HOUR LATER, WE STILL HAD NO FOOD! I had the best dinner out I have had in a long time at El Torito, My wife had a coupon to get 10.00 off if you purchase 25.00 so we drove around talking about where to go. We always get a good meal at Marie Callendars, and we talked about some of our other spots (we eat out alot, the kids are out of the house and we can so we do.) good food good service The inside of the restaurant is beautiful! Very colorful and the paintings are great! The food is good. Not as authentic but good enough. The have a good variety of beer and mixed drinks. I think it's the best el toritos in the san diego county area. The service is friendly and attentive.
i really liked coming here. I really liked coming here. The prices were alright, the place is clean, and the atmosphere is nice. I really like the staff.
DON'T GO HERE If someone where to ask me to rate this place last week, I would have given it a 5 star plus. However, after the service that my friends and I had tonight makes me never want to go back to that hell hole again. The service was terrible. We waited for at least 2 hours to get one glass of water... it was four of us, and we kept asking the whole time we were there for water.
