The most overpriced Mexican food ever – A friend and I decided to go out for some margaritas and Mexican for my birthday last night--and were pretty disappointed. The food was good, but they charged us for EVERY LITTLE THING we ordered. We ordered guacamole and they charged us for the chips! Were we supposed to eat them with our fingers? Excellent... Authentic – The best Rellenos in Colorado
Great Mexican food Great mexican food for the price! Food is cooked fresh and served FAST! The staff is friendly and it is a great place to take kids. Yummy breakfast burritos!
El Tepehuan on Broadway is a great choice for Mexican food Just tried El Tepehuan this afternoon for lunch. Nearly every table in the house was occupied--a good sign right away. We sat down and were immediately approached with menus and a request for drink orders. The food was delicious; we enjoyed huge portions at a small price. Services was amazing in spite of the crowd. Our kids aren't big fans of Mexican food, but El Tepehuan's all day breakfast option and cheeseburger satisfied them.
Enter through the cook's entrance Park in the back and enter through the rear... I know it doesn't sound right, but it is. Portions are big and the price is right. Seating is first come first served so if it's busy you'll probably wait - but not for long.
Super yummy! – The breakfasts at El Tepehuan are fantastic! Fresh, hot, spicy (if you want), and big portions for small money. This place is always hopping - a great sign for any restaurant. I took off one star (would rather just take off half a star but wasn't able to) for their margaritas. They're too sweet and syrupy. But stick to beer and anything off the menu and you're in for a treat!
Great Food – I'm not sure why the previous reviewer said it is smokey - I haven't ever noticed smoke in this restaurant. The food is amazingly good and atmosphere is great for breakfast, lunch or casual dinner.
