I don't know why they use open table... they do not honor the reservation when it was made over a week before on open table. Jose does not have any customer service skills. I will NEVER GO back here again.

Roger, we are sorry about the error. We are the ones that caught it and contacted you immediately. We had a party of 30 that previously made their reservation and we blocked the rest of the seats during that time since they did a buy out. We noticed that your reservation showed up on the same day and we contacted you immediately to see if we could fix it somehow. The food is amazing, especially the bourbon barbacoa! The staff (Renee and Jose) is nice and attentive, without being overbearing! I cannot wait to return and try something new...is tomorrow too soon?!
Worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life! Stay away! The waiter is a complete asshole.
