Covid - Government had just opened it for restaurants to open to distancing seating. Staff didn't wear masks, there was no distancing for tables on 5/19/2020. Our waiter was extremely slow. Won't return until we hear they're abiding by guidelines and will advise friends/family/coworkers to do the same.
This is for the El Sombrero on Main Street In Lewiston. Received 3 delivery orders of a chili verde burrito, refried beans, and rice , and 1taco. The food was cold and not just cooled down from traveling cold. Parts of the burrito I ate felt like thawed ice. There were no beans ,just a bean tasting mush. The burrito tasted nothing like chili verde. The taco actually had ice in it. When called about it ,they actually tried to blame the delivery service.
