Horrible service. They dont answer the phone for 10 minutes and when they do, they say because we are in Creston that delivery will be an hour and a half? Wtf? How hard is it to roll up some burritos and scoop some rice? Food was always subpar anyways, we will give our business to el senor de los tacos from now on.
Tell me why I order food from these people. At like 7pm they call me and tell me they didn't have some of my order so we change it. I paid via credit card. My card is charged. They never show up. No food. I'm at work. I'm struck. What kind of service is that? Update. They hooked it up with some free food.
Recently the customer service has been poor, ordered my food the call dropped they didn't bother to call me back 25 minutes later and four attempts to call back to give them my payment information and here I am with no food because they are "too busy". Food is great, price is great, customer service not so much!!
El Sol is the BEST! The prices are so reasonable and the food is great. We have a real treasure in our downtown! Stop in and get a good meal.They don't spend a lot on the frills so they keep the prices at a minimum for your enjoyment. What a treat!!
Excellent service and even better food. Best Mexican food I can find and very reasonably priced. 5/5, highly recommend
