Yall sadly I even know the family who owns this resturant, I grew up with their children. El Saltillo USED to be absolutely outstanding from the moment you walk in until you leave afterwards. In the past I NEVER had a single issue, but with me coming in town to visit my home I wanted to eat here above ALL else & these past 4 times have been a very rough experience from the service starting at the front door, to the kitchen with the quality of the food all the way to when I go to leave. Good food and service
Carne Asada was so tough it hurt my teeth to chew. Margarita wasn’t shaken and hot at the bottom. Just disappointed all around. Server was nice but only checked on us to get the order and drop the check.
The service was t great. Took too long for our food to come out and it wasn’t busy. The food was good.
