Los Angeles's Most Glamorous Apartment Building – I am in love with this building. It's like a piece of New York and Paris tucked away in posh Hancock Park. I have been there a few times over the years...the apartments are really nice, but some are totally amazing. If you are lucky enough to get a large apartment there, I think it's one of the best addresses in LA. RENTERS BEWARE – This place is a maggot farm. Between this alcholic staff and the crummy upkeep i dont know which is worse. The manager is about 90 years old with bad breathe and the staff are all seedy characters trying to get over on anyone they can. Don't be fooled by the fake smiles and chuckles they don't rent to minorities only enough to clear themselves from being investigated by fair housing.
