We came in today just to get a soda and kill and hour before our movie. I really appreciated the customer service. When we came in we told them we were only there to kill time yet we still gor great customer service. We ordered chips and bean dip with our sodas and in the course of half an hour were asked twice if we wanted rifills on our drinks and once for the chips and were asked how is everything. Me and my date went in around 3 p.m. there was only one server we had to ask to get our water after the other servers came in about 45 minutes later then they were helping her but we for some reason felt like we were getting ignored they were quick to give our check this is the first time I've ever had to deal with this at an El Rosal in the last 10 years plus it will not stop me from going because I love the food and the service is always great I really think they need 2 servers to cover all the tables before the 4 o'clock ... read more
