Great food and service, the fish tacos are yummy!!!
The food was horrible. It was way too salty and couldn’t eat it. The salsa tasted like pure tomato sauce. I had ordered the burrito supreme. Not only was it super salty but it was missing some of the condiments the burrito is supposed to contain. I doubt I’ll ever eat here again.
Food great, Service great, and company we kept….Well let’s just say comedy.
Waited 25 min to get our drinks. The guy waiter wasn’t very friendly at all and seemed to hate his job. We waited another 10 minutes for another waiter to come and get our food order. Waited over 25 minutes to get our food and she never came to offer anything or see if we needed anything else. Looked like she was gossiping with the cooks instead of providing service! Very disappointed to have received such poor customer service as a paying customer.
I live in riverbank and have been going here for YEARS. Service for me has always been good. the pollo con chillie sauce is my favorite sauce to put over my burrito sepreme. Not always consistent with spice and flavor. Today 3/12/18 i called to place my order. Woman answers and says hello thank you for calling el rosal can you please hold? I said yes, and proceeded to wait over 7 min and no one not a soul came to take my order. I hung up and tried calling back but only busy tone.
We have eaten there several times the food is great the service is really good and the prices are Really good
Went yesterday for husbands bday dinner after the movies. Service sucked orders were wrong they had forgot our drinks. Waited about 45min for our food it wasn't even hot for how long we waited it was warm like it had came from the microwave. Food was not good at all it was very blah no flavor. I didn't make a fuss only because I didn't wanna ruin his day. I will say this is our 2nd time ever eating el rosal and we will never return.
They only give you salsa and chips no bin dip. There prices are to high and the food is blah. Javi's is way better.
