During the summertime, we use up to 20 cases of locally grown tomatoes and we will order 200 pounds of sustainable pollock every week. Our fish tacos are well-loved for a reason.

I’ve loved El Rayo since they first opened in the little gas station on York street! However, during this COVID crisis they have continued to produce consistently delicious burritos for take out every week. As a healthcare worker during this difficult time, it’s the simple things that make your day. A good beer and delicious burrito with their signature hot sauce is what makes my day!
