He started with a small taco stand in a train diner car at Union Pier and has worked dedicatedly with his team to build it into the local dining destination it is today. Very disappointed. There was no frozen margaritas because the machine wasn’t functioning, no limes available, they ran out of chips and salsa, my entree did not have all of the ingredients advertised in the menu and when I pointed this out to the waiter he said I another customer had just said the same thing and that it was very bland...same as mine. Terrible service. Waited forever for a table and never got a waiter. Waiter was kind enough to discover we weren’t served and picked up our table. He recommended not ordering from the bar because we’d never receive our drink. Nice guy, felt bad for him because he was obviously overworked. Prices were ridiculous. Compared to comparable restaurants, they have the highest prices. Won’t be back.

ok look, I'm not 1 to complain at restaurants, but this time I just can't let it go! First off I went with my hubs, son, daughter, her boyfriend and their 2 year old. Then auto got charged a 20% gratuity for parties of 6! totalling almost $18 for a tip! Best part was I ordered the burrito caliente. It said it had spicy red sauce and sour cream. 3 hot peppers next to the name! When I asked the waiter about it he said it never comes with red sauce but then brought me some nasty salsa instead. I have been there several times and the food, atmosphere and service was great!
It was great and I definitely didn’t leave hungry.
Excellent Food, great service. Worth the drive from South Bend.
