Absolutely irritated with El puma,had my vehicle for almost 2months,had us back n forth picking it up without being properly fixed. At the end they fradulantely passed the smog test for my vehicle without fixing the issue. We finally took possession of our vehicle,and are now awaiting reinbursement! Def.reaching out to bureau of automotive repair.Not the 1st time having issues with this place.
THESE SUPPOSELY MECHANICS ARE RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESIONAL!! THE MANAGER IS THE OWNER AND INSTEAD OF PUTTING A GOOD EXAMPLE HE IS AN ARROGANT PERSON. HE CUSSES AT THE CUSTOMERS AND SCREAMS AT THEM. I MYSELF KNOW BECAUSE I WAS ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE. I WENT THERE TO FIND OT WHAT EXACTLY WAS GOING ON WITH A CAR THAT WAS TAKEN THERE BY A FAMILY MEMBER.
