Very disappointed to see El Puente in Nixa charging customers an extra fee for using a debit card. They have a sign stating that both CREDIT AND DEBIT card payments are subject to a surcharge. While credit-card surcharges may be permitted under certain circumstances, debit cards are different. Major card-network rules prohibit merchants from imposing a surcharge on debit-card transactions.
