I pulled to the order screen, and sat for 11min. I said hello 5 times. Nobody ever took my order, so when the line moved I moved. Took a total of 2 cars and 13 min to get to window, then the man was rude to me, when I tried to tell him no one has taken my order. I ordered 4 barbacoa flour tacos. Food was great, customer service was awful.
