El pollo loco is the best chicken around .Allied Sandblasting stays healthy here
I was not impressed at all. I wasn't even expecting much. The food was very bleh and the restaurant was unappetizing. I had such a bad experience I would not consider ever going to another location.
I was recently in the Granada Hills location on Balboa Bl. I ordered a salad and a two piece chicken meal. I hadn't been to Pollo Loco in a long time, and was seriously looking forward to it! When I saw my salad I was shocked! It looked like whatever was left over a the end of the day. It did not look anything like the picture on the menu board! Good location with a parking lot and fast service. I've only been here once but the food was as expected from a Pollo Loco.
Grilled chicken fast. I love El Pollo loco and this location was a beacon of light when I was in the area and hungry. Parking lot is tight, but the seating area and bathroom were clean.
Excellent location with a good seating area and clean bathroom. Staff is friendly and always gets my order right. I appreciate it.
Near the UCLA campus this location is always busy and a pain to park at. But if you're already in the area and don't want something less chain-like then this is a good option.
Loose a little focus i think trying to compete with KFC, but the actual food here is pretty good and kind of fun. The tortillas are some of the best corn tortillas i have ever had.
Do your math or get riped off – It is obvious that the employees at this location need a little schooling on math, comprehension, and how to even work there own cash register. Oh boy........Warning if you purchase food from this location do your math. Example: In my case I ordered a # 11 at the drive - thru. the price on the sign is listed 5.49. I get to the window and the young man states "that will be 7.83" Simple math: let's assume 10% tax .10x5.49= .54 5.49 + .54 = 6.03 not 7.83 that is 2.34 per customer that they are ri... read more
