This Pollo Loco is the worst , if the employees don’t like fast food jobs why work there if you give people bad customer service all the time , every single time I go and order the chicken crunchy taco they never have it . I just went and order a classic chicken tostada salad and they didn’t even put the dressing for it I asked with no sour cream and they added the sour cream . I just order my food through Uber Eats horrible service!!! Rice is spoiled & chicken burned ! !! it’s not the Uber Eats fault it’s the restaurant idk how I can get my money back or a fresh order but food is disappointing!
