Just order from here they forgot to put fork or spoon and also order the guac with chips got no chips this ain't the first time it happened

Put in an online order which went to this store instead of the store in Chino. Called this store and canceled the order right away explaining that it was sent there by mistake. They canceled the order. Come to find out, I was charged for that order. Money was taken out of my account. I contacted the management and they said they would take care of it.
