Been coming here for since forever. Maria is quick, she memorized my order. It's nice to receive such great service at this Pollo Loco.
Extremely rude Latina staff member, who clearly has no patience for non-Latinos. As a European, it felt even worse. She speaks poor English herself, yet rolled her eyes at every minor mistake I made and responded dismissively with “huh?” whenever she didn’t understand. The entire restaurant was filthy and grimy.
