Friendly service. Good food. We love the family meals.
The staff were so kind and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. My horchata was delicious.
Very rude and terribly slow, they know nothing about customer service, I've been there two times and it's just getting worse, literally the worst El Pollo Loco!
