On 9/12/25, girl at DRIVE-THRU was the rudest person I have ever encountered. She had the worse attitude, like she hated her job & didn’t want to be there. Why hire people with no customer service & multitasking skills? It’s not that hard to be friendly? If she’s having a bad day, send her home, have her do something else away from the public or fire her!
Ive been going this El Pollo Loco for 20 years, and the service was always great and very friendly. But theres a newer young girl working there, at the drive thru who is rude, has no customer service and doesn't give me what I ask for. I went there tonight at about 8:50 and was rude at the drive thru window, she charged for cilantro dressing that I wanted and never gave it to me.
