Ordered a citrus avocado warp first they got my order wrong then when they corrected the order they didn’t a straw or napkins in my bag also the burrito had 3 small peaces of chicken and no avocado for 17$!!!! This place is a rip off I order pollo loco at least 2x a week other locations don’t do this was disappointing
Great chicken, they just need to learn how to count. Last 2 times there I ordered 16 piece. Both times got a 15 piece. That's 1 way to make money. They owe me a leg and a thigh. UPDATE, I responded to their reply, nothing came of it. They were just blowing smoke. That says more about their customer service than the order being short. I'm going with Popeyes from now on. Customer service is a thing of the past.
