They force you to use their machines to order but then don’t pay attention to those orders. They only fulfill the drive thru orders. Had to ask them about our food after 20 minutes and they had completely ignored our order u til then. It still took another 10 minutes to finally get our food.

Bought an original pollo bowl earlier. Got home and it had no chicken in it. Good job pollo loco.
