Loooved it! The Double Chicken bowl. Love it. Chicken cooked perfectly. Just perfect.
Will never go back they got mad cause I order 1/2 chicken but they didn't have any they try to give me 3 legs 1 wing I said no so they told me ok you have to wait 10 minutes so I did i got my order but when I got home the chicken was raw
The food is great and I enjoy the app! (2 years ago) I was there about last March and I never had an issue there until that time. The cashier she was black, wanted to start an argument, going back and forth, and kept on over talking as I was trying to ask a question. I'm not going back there.
APRIL 14, 2026: Juan greeted me and took my order. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He answered all my questions. Guadalajara is a beautiful city, just to the east of Puerto Vallarta. Jeffrey helped, too. Vanessa is still the manager and doing well. A positive shout-out to everyone else who works here. Came through the drive-thru on my way home from a long day at work to grab something for dinner. It has been years since the last time I had El Pollo Loco so I was kind'a excited to see if it was still as tasty as I remembered. As I placed my order, I was informed that there would be about a 10 minute wait. Of course, this was a bit disappointing and for a moment I considered just going home.
