Recently moved to the area. To go order. First time trying this place. The food was so dry and tasted like it’s literally been on the grill all day. Will never go back.
El Patron is a great spot for authentic New Mexican food. The portions are big, flavorful, and well-priced—especially the carne adovada, chile rellenos, and fresh sopapillas. The atmosphere is lively with friendly service, and the outdoor seating is a nice bonus. Sometimes it gets busy, but overall it’s one of the best local places for Mexican cuisine.
Buen servicio
Ordered chicken tacos. They basically chopped up the chicken Carcass and served me up bones and skin. GROSS will never go back.
