We have eaten here for years and have never been disappointed. I don't have a favorite dish at this restaurant because I've equally enjoyed everything I've tried although they do make the best refried beans in Wichita. It's not a flashy place but the food is always really good, and the service is excellent.
So good, highly recommended!!!! The staff is so nice, and the food is delicious! They even have fried flour chips!

Taco Tuesday is the best!! The service is great and you never have to wait long
Service was amazing. Very short wait to get your food. I wish other resturaunts would take notes from El Patios wait staff.
Don't go for the atmosphere. Go for the food. I have only tried the beef enchiladas because I like enchiladas but everything else looks great too. I can't say much for the chips or the salsa ( both salsas are too mild) but the enchiladas make the visit worthwhile.
