The food was good. The waitress kind of careless. The Horchata was horrible had to exchange it for some fountain drinks.
Food was great. However I couldn't help but notice the 3 Mexican flags and NOT 1 American flag. I find it a little disrespectful.
Pedimos unas chimichangas horribles con carne desebrada y además nos cobraron 18 porciento de propinas casi 20 dólares de una cuenta de 109. No lo recomiendo

Been going to El Patio as long as I can remember and it never disappoints!
Great food and service. My waiter was always making sure everything was fine.
We live near Phoenix AZ and was in San Diego visiting our grandaughter who is in the Navy. I did a search for Mexican restaurants and El Patio was high up the list of must try. We weren't disappointed. The service was great, the food was fantastic and the prices are reasonable. We will stop by every time we visit our grandaughter.
I have eaten here many many times since 1972. Food is great... Consistently delicious. Chili Verde burrito with green sauce is a favorite. Flying saucer (beef or chicken) feeds a family. Very comfortable atmosphere. Our go to place for Mexican food.
