This is in response to Norman Rose review,You are the reason why this place is a slum.You and your hillbilly friends ,your dog that you dont leash that digs holes and just poops everywhere,You throw his poop in the corner.YOU brought the bed bugs,,,So dont complain.Kathy and mgmt team is fair and responsive,They would never come yell at anyone.Your the problem.. Stay out of jail and quit gossiping,,,,
They advertise a year round pool and hot tub...hasnt been either in 5 years.. how can they get away with this,,,,

I have to agree with most of the 1 star reviews. Cathy is the worse manager EVER!! She shines the residents on by ignoring them with their request. Yes we are seniors. and this is a low income housing. No excuses! You get you money monthly no matter if it’s from a public assistance program nor the residents. If resident don’t pay out the go! Cathy needs to focus on the apartments, the grounds ( ie dog poop, promised amenities, and just all around caring . She doesn’t care. I have been here 5 years and she hasn’t cha... read more
