I have to agree with most of the 1 star reviews. Cathy is the worse manager EVER!! She shines the residents on by ignoring them with their request. Yes we are seniors. and this is a low income housing. No excuses! You get you money monthly no matter if it’s from a public assistance program nor the residents. If resident don’t pay out the go! Cathy needs to focus on the apartments, the grounds ( ie dog poop, promised amenities, and just all around caring . She doesn’t care. I have been here 5 years and she hasn’t cha... read more
