Horrible atmosphere tonight. Service was even worse. Waited almost an hour for food and 45 minutes for drinks and there are 8 people here. Ghetto rap music playing. This place used to be one of my favorites. I’ll give them a few months and try it again.

Ordered margaritas with water. Had to flag down a different server to get my water. Food was bland and tasteless. Salsa flavors were all over the place. Started with hot then refilled with extremely mild. Played loud rap music the majority of the time. This is not the place to come in Ottawa for Mexican. Save yourself the headache and drive elsewhere.

Well, when we came in we were told to seat ourselves as they were still cleaning. Each employee looked disgusted that we dared to come in. Then our server started arguing with another employee right in front of us who was going to come to our table. The food was sub-par and we felt as if we werent welcome. All in all we most likely wont be going back there ubless we dont have a choice.

Girlfriends dinner was burned and meat was tough ..my burrito was burned and dry. Here is the kicker all it had in there was burn hamburger not a single other thing wrapped up in the tortilla I paid extra for cheese sauce on top of everything and they came just on top of the burrito only service was slow and not bc they were busy...when speaking to manger he did NOT at all seem to care....just awful And we have ate at many many other of the same name in other towns and they were fine
