About this business
In 1965 this restaurant started as A & W serving their famous root beer barrels and hot dogs as a drive in. Later on Mr. Robert Perez bought it and changed the name to "El Sombrero Drive Inn" changing the restaurant to Mexican food. In 1986 the Bohon family bought the restaurant, changing the menu and added seafood to their Mexican food menu. I love eating here. Nancy makes the best Mexican food. I was impressed with her cooking, so much I'm thinking of bringing her home with me. XD T voy a robar a la próxima q vaya Nancy. Jajaja, cocinas delicioso
Their menudo is excellent and unlike other restaurants, it seems to be always available. The servers sometimes get a little overwhelmed but just be patient.
Foods ok just a lil bit pricey but good for the south side..i would recommend it to others
