We ordered ceviche, and my friend requested a tostada with cooked shrimp instead of raw shrimp due to food safety concerns. The replacement appeared to be quickly assembled using shrimp from a freezer bag. Shortly afterward, we discovered a hair on her tostada. I ordered take-out Tacos Gobernador. Rice and salad were super tasty, rice tasted fresh and homemade with some kernel and salad was crunch and fresh. Unfortunately, Tacos were soggy, the kind of shrimp they use looked and tasted unfrozen, not fresh at all, it almost tasted kinda sweet and at the same time super salty. Tacos didn't have enough cheese and they have a lot of tomato mixture with onions and garlic. And for the taste, they were more on the pricey end. Not what I was looking for at all.
