I’ve been 3 times now and every time have gotten great service!! So glad they got a bigger location!!
Can’t get orders correct and slow on refills. Waste of time and money..
We were told it would be 30 minutes but I saw a lot of open tables. We left as not acceptable and my first time at the new location. I will try one more time to go next visit but expect better service than this.
Awesome new place. Very welcoming! Great service and food. Great prices too! Juan our waiter was very friendly and efficient! Will be returning often when I visit!

Not like the old one. Bad service,food is different and new menus. Long wait time for food. 1 1/2 hours.... took our drinks along with other tables to refill and came back with everyone’s same cup not new ... who knows who’s cup we got when he returned grrrr. Everyone was complaining ...there even was a couple that got up and walked out. Sorry to hate but was not our old El Jalisco �
Although the food is good, the service continues to be poor at best. Always have to wait an excessive amount of time for food and service. Staff was rude, uncaring, and inattentive. Overheard several other customers complaining about subpar service. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
