Waited two hours for onions and overcooked chicken.
These guys are doing a phenomenal job! We got there Thursday night for our twins birthday dinner and they were SLAMMED. We only waited about 15 min, got great service, & the food was quick and on point like always! I was impressed to see that even though they had open tables, they paused seating customers for short periods to allow the servers and kitchen to catch up. We’ll be back very soon!!!
Worst experience ever!! Service was terrible and food was cold. Please bring back the old El J’s!!!!!!
Horrible service! Waited almost two hours to be seated when told the wait was only 25 minutes. Then they tried to serve my ten year old an alcoholic beverage. Wasn't the waiters fault since he was told it didn't have any in it. I also wasn't going to post this here, but since I can't get them to respond to my messages I will!! Yes, I did stop a manager to tell him and he apologized and I thought he was coming back, but never did. He stayed at the bar helping.
Just opened the new location! Great food! Nice looking restaurant.
We were forgotten! We sat and watched 5 tables get there meal before ours. Mind you we were there before them. The waiter never came back to see if our meal had been brought out until those other 5 tables had there food. We I ask how much longer he said it was coming out and the kitchen staff had made a mistake. Took them another 15 minutes to get our food to us. After we finally received our food it was good. Awful service!!! Waited over 2 hours with horrible service! Never going back! I don’t care if it was opening night, you only moved down the road!
Best place around!! The food is always amazing and so is the staff.
