Choosing this place was my worst decision during the last decade. I have lived here for one year, and my experience was not positive: 1- Management and Maintenance teams: both are generally good and helpful, but I experienced a Clogged bathroom drain, and I asked for emergency help on Saturday, and the first response I got was on Monday late afternoon. BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. I just graduated from graduate school, so I have lived in A LOT of places since I was 18. This was by far the best place I have ever lived, and I am not being dramatic. Eric and Tom have always been responsive and helpful since the start. I had all issues with my apartment fixed on the day, and any questions I had were answered that day. I lived here for about a year while attending UCLA, and it was a wonderful place to stay. The staff and management team were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. As an international student, moving to a new country was a big transition, and their kindness made the experience much easier. The location is also fantastic—UCLA is within walking distance, and Trader Joe’s, Target, and Ralphs are all nearby, making daily life very convenient. I stayed here for three months when visiting UCLA. The location is great in Westwood; management team is very helpful and responsive; apartment is clean and well managed. Love it!
