I've lived at El Greco during two different stints the past 10 years - once for a couple of years after graduating from UCLA and again when I returned to Los Angeles after law school. There are many things I love about living here. The management team, Tom and Eric, are absolutely amazing. They genuinely care about the residents and always go above and beyond to help. Any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly, which gives me great peace of mind. The environment is quiet, making it perfect for both relaxing and focusing on work. I’ve had a very frustrating experience living here. The building has a serious issue with bugs, and pest control hasn’t been able to fix it. Every time someone upstairs walks, it makes loud noises, and even the windows shake. The laundry on each floor is extremely noisy, and the smell of trash often drifts into the units near the chute. The roof is also very low, which makes the space feel cramped. I can’t wait for my lease to end.
Responsive and professional management staff. Unit in great condition. Spotless at check in. Appliances in great condition. Helpful staff during move in. Great neighborhood.
Very nice and responsive staff, thank you Tom and Eric ! The rooms are comfortable and well located just minutes away from UCLA campus.
