Tom and Eric were excellent in helping us secure a studio within a short timeframe. Tom patiently took a lot of time to show and explain a variety of options, and Eric was instrumental in assuring successful completion of the process. They are very professional, welcoming, and exuded family vibes! Furthermore, El Greco Lofts' prime location cannot be beat!

Tom and Eric went well above and beyond the call of duty to help me out, both when I was applying for the apartment and as I was moving out. As someone who just arrived in the US for work, I've been very richly blessed to meet such kindness and care. They were consistently very responsive to all questions and requests during my stay. Combined with the convenient location, fully furnished with utilities, it was a shame to move out due to work itself relocating. I would happily give these guys more than 5 stars if I could.
Not sure where prior post went. Think management removed it. As another review stated, if you want PEACE and QUIET, this is NOT the place for you. Look somewhere else. Can hear neighbors above and if you have to sides of you! Floors make noise just walking and hear floor mates talking. Doors slam repeatedly. Washer for laundry consistently out of order. Sauna out for at least a year. Issue with pests here too! Hope this helps and does not get removed.
This is a very very loud place. This happens on a regular basis throughout the year, since 7-8 AM in the morning and lasts for several hours till noon. Sometimes it is leaf blowing, sometimes construction, recently leaf cutting. If you want a peaceful and quiet place to live, I don't recommend here.
