Always stay here!!! We love it. So peaceful and quiet. No crowds. No loud groups. Just total relaxation!!!

Perfect place! Clean, very comfortable, everyone was extremely friendly. The view from the balcony is worth every penny. Mexico Beach is a wonderful little beach town.
I have been coming to Mexico Beach and staying at El Governor for over 50 years. My Dad and Mom would take us there each summer from the time I was a small child. Yes, back when the Annex WAS the El Governor. So, I bring my kids, and now grandkids, there. This July will be our 4th year coming to the beach house. We love it there, appreciate the staff, and how well the current ownership has kept El Governor the wonderful place it is.
A little more expensive than some, but sometimes you get what you pay for! Great room with ocean view and kitchenette. Great gift shop that opens early and has everything but the kitchen sink. Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. We liked it so much we are going back for two more days! 😊👍
We love the El Govenor! Great times and wonderful memories! Love the grills and picnic tables for outdoor fun at its finest!
