It’s peaceful, quiet, beautiful and everything’s local with the exception of the Subway and Dollar General. The El Governor staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and they are friendly and always willing to help. This is our 3rd year and we will continue to come. We always get a room in the annex. We love it in the annex.....
We love staying at The El Governor!!! Been many times and will be back many more times. Friendly hometown people!! We love Mexico Beach!!!!

You can’t beat this place. Like going to the beach when I was a kid. Amazing staff and exceptionally well managed.
