If I could provide a -0 star review I would. This place treats people like royalty when you walk in the store but if you need to discuss factory damage with them even under one year warranty they will treat you like garbage. ROSAURA IS EXTREMELY RUDE, please do not see Rosaura when you walk into this store. Very bad experience , sales person lied , had a hard time getting my credit back, they tried selling me floor samples that were damaged as new . Beware of the smoke and mirrors.
Pity company everything is a hoax mucja kindness until you buy after the furniture does not serve a month when you are going to claim these fucking do not return the money or change it I do not recommend it to anyone.
THE SALES TEAM ARE GREAT UNTIL YOU WANT TO RETURN THE DAMAGED FURNITURE!! ALTHOUGH I PURCHASED THE $300 WARRANTY/SERVICE, I WAS ADVISED BY THE MANAGER "EDGAR' HE WOULD APPLY A 40% RESTOCKING FEE TO RETURN IT IF I REFUSED TO ALLOW THE SERVICE TO FIX THE PROBLEMS. I HAD TO PAY $800 FOR LESS THAN $2000 OF FURNITURE I DID NOT OWN ANYMORE. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS FURNITURE STORE.
We went to many furniture stores looking for our dream sectional. When we walked into ElDorado i thought oh boy this is going to be VERY expensive just by looking at the high end looking furniture. Much to my surprise it wasnt! And i quickly realized this is where im going to get the MOST bang for my buck!. All the staff was extremely nice, Well dressed and VERY professional!. Bad experience with this store! My first sales person was horrible, the manager was even worst than the sales person! When I requested a new sales person which was Debra that’s the reason I continue with my purchases they need more workers like her. The delivery guys doesn’t speak English plus they did a sloppy job, they unwrapped my furniture outside on the road because they arrived early. Worst experience! They need to value our business! Wasn’t satisfied would never do business with them again!
