Terrible experience!! Do not shop here, or buy at your own risk!! After spending $30,000 in this store with Doris, we were told that we had 30 days to return a mattress. She sold us an adjustable kingsize frame with an incompatible mattress. ONE YEAR WAITING FOR EL DORADO TO TAKE RESPONSABILITY AND FIX THE TWO NEW DAMAGE SOFAS WE BOUGHT.THIS IS A COSTLY PURCHASE I MADE ....DAMAGED 2 FRONT FEET ON EACH SOFA. ALSO BIG HOLE UNDER THE BIG SOFA AND THE LOVE SEAT BECAUSE THE FABRIC WAS TORN ON BOTH SOFAS. This company used to be very good but not anymore. Their service is horrible. My furniture came damaged and they have come twice to replace it and every time, it comes damaged again. They make you wait more than two weeks for a delivery and after 6 weeks my purchase is not complete.
The store product and service quality is outstanding. The Store Manager Mr. Pablo Maquieira and my Sales Associate Mr Robert Diaz is highly professional and of high quality personality. The sold me the my preferred product as per my choice with best possible price. They gave valued my requirement first and then offered the products.
