We purchased our last 3 vehicles from Eldorado Chevrolet in McKiinney. Bobby Starks was great in helping us with the Costco discount and other rebates. I love the small town feel when you visit Bobby Starks.
Too many issues with a brand new Silverado that started a week after purchase, and no sense of urgency to get them fixed. Have been waiting for 6 months on a referral bonus that just keeps getting pushed to the side with excuse after excuse by Dickie and Taylor! The Service department, also has honesty issues with saying our vehicle will be ready on time, after having it all day yesterday, only to go pick it up and be told that's it's not finished and everyone has gone for the day.
