Went to 3 dealerships and got offers of 13k, 11k, and 13.3k. Only reason I went here was their offer of 4K above trade in value. Got there and offered be 7k but hey we have this offer for 4K over trade in value so we’ll give you 11k. When confronted with my previous offers they said they go by KBB when I showed them the cash offer from KBB they said KBB doesn’t take into consideration of the condition of the vehicle, which is so untrue it’s laughable. I just left the Chevy dealership in McKinney..I have a recall on the braking system for my 2015 Chevy truck that I just bought not even a year ago.. my braking system doesn't work properly.. when I come to a stop my truck doesn't want to stop. I have almost hit three or four people trying to come to a stop since I've had this truck. they say I'm out of warranty because I have 80,000 miles on my truck... I bought it at 65,000 miles.
