Brought my truck in for service/repair, left with oil and grease on both inside and outside of my truck. Service never even tried to clean it before I picked it up. I wrote a google review, Someone from the dealership reached out, apologized and that was it. I expected some type of compensation for having to pay to have it cleaned. Not only would I never purchase another vehicle from here but I’ll never recommend them to anyone.

Recommended3 weeks ago I left a bad review, I was not very confident in this dealership and the ability to make our situation right. After several phone calls and bad reviews and text messages we were able to get our issues resolved. This place is the worst run dealership in North Texas. Run, do not do business with El Dorado.

What was supposed to be a happy time for my husband slowly turned into a nightmare and a headache! It saddens me to write this review because I have friends Harjit and Gatis that work here. And my salesperson Emanuel was amazing. However, the finance manager Felipe Fuentes is a snake! I was talked into warranties I didn't want. My bad I should have known better. However, the next day, I requested them to be cancelled and Felipe Fuentes gave me the run around for over a month. I found out that he finally after over a month of my nagging he has submitted my cancellation request. Not cool! Be warned!

I contacted El Dorado via Cars.com on a truck that I was interested in. Initial contact was good. I stated I had a trade-in and live three hours away so I wanted to see if I could get a preliminary estimate. Was told to text the salesman pictures and information about my truck.
