I dropped my truck off on a Friday and didn’t get it back until the next Thursday. The service guy told me they delayed finishing my repair because they had ‘to many waiters’. No loaner car and didn’t reimburse for my rental. Terrible service. Stay far away from this place.
RecommendedWe bought a Tahoe in late December and had a few issues but was well taken care of. Huge shoutout to sales manager Justin and our service advisor Jose. They were both great as well as the sales manager (I can’t remember his name) that helped us while Justin was out. The staff at the whole dealership are very friendly and make sure you’re taken care of. Our salesman was willing to drive 2 hours to get one paper signed so that we wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Horror!! Do not buy here!! They just repossess my vehicle after a job loss and before I even made the first payment! I ALREADY SPOKE WITH CAPITAL ONE Auto Finance BEFORE TONIGHT about my recent job loss and I was told I had until 3/10/20 to notify them of my new employer. I'm calling OCCC, BBB and Capital One in the morning. I will also be at the Eldorado dealerships first thing in the morning for my car back.
