This place is seriously the best Mexican restaurant I've been to in a looong time! The service was great, though it was busy so the waiter comped our drinks. I had the banana hammock which was absolutely amazing and the perfect drink. I'm a vegetarian and had the cheese enchiladas which were also uniquely amazing and delicious, like none other I can remember eating. It's hard to find good meat free food, but they know how to do it here for sure!
We retired folks were hesitant to eat there since it looked like it was a happening place for young folks but we tried it anyway. What a surprise. The menu offered great choices and the prices were reasonable. I ordered the the three carne asada soft tacos meal and my husband order the al pastor enchiladas. We were both satisfied with our order. In addition the guacamole was excellent. Next time we are in Greenwood we will definitely hit this spot again.
I love this place. Wish there was one in my hood. I can't count the number of times I've been here now but I can tell you I will be back again & again & again. Love the pina chipotle sauce on the table. Hubby loves their shrimp enchiladas served "Christmas Style" red"& green sauce. I love everything else on their menu except for,their refried black beans. Too saucy. Whole pintos for me. 😉

My previous review was so/so... but i have to say the past several years have seen some wonderful improvements in service and execution! Consistently delicious food that works for our vegan, our gluten free, and our vegetarian family members as well as our omnivorous guests. It's now our go-to restaurant
