I’ve enjoyed the atmosphere, company, and food every time I’ve visited. ♥️
This past weekend my friend and I decided to try out this restaurant. The reviews were good, it was kid friendly and it wasn't too far from my neighborhood. It was awful. Our server was slow (the second server on duty had to tell her our meal was ready and had to personally bring over the drink I had ordered along with an apology for waiting so long-\-\ it had been sitting at the bar for 7 minutes). Family friendly place with incredibly prompt service. The food came out almost directly after the appetizers which set us up for the amazing Mexican feast we were hoping for. Top notch food, tasty meat and great portions. The perfect place for lunch after a fun day at the Woodland zoo.
This place... CLASSIC!!! I love this place. Ever since it opened. So full of memories, great eats, and strong drinks. The staff are all fun and friendly. It's got heart. Head over and tell them that Klu sent you. And I'll see you there...
The atmosphere was relaxed and the food had a great flavor without the heaviness that typically comes with Mexican food. This was a great place to pop in to eat after our family went to the zoo! Definitely a place that is great for all ages.
I have to admit we tried this restaurant because of the really awesome name and the great reviews but what a wonderful surprise we received with excellent food and wonderful service. Probably the best Mexican food I have tasted with fresh and unique tastes with each dish. Loved the funky decor and outdoor seating. I highly recommend El Chupacabra with a smile on my face as I reminisce my perfect birthday lunch choice.
