The best tortas ahogadas in town!!!!! a freaking short cut to Guadalajara
Explosion of flavor in every bite!!! I ordered the Birria tacos and a torta and both items were crafted with an intent to please. The owner and staff were very welcoming and took the time to explain menu choices. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for authentic Torta Ahogada or just great tasting food. I will definitely return.

Authentic, just like in Guadalajara. I have been craving for some time and they made it just right. The right bread, the pork and beans along with the two sauces are the secret nobody gets right. El Chivito has definitely nailed it. Will be back again tomorrow.

I actually was headed to the BBQ across the street but this place got my attention. Afterwards, I was glad I stopped because the food was great! The service was by far the best :)
