I have been going there since I was a kid and still go almost every week! They have excellent service, the food is amazing, and are always greeted with a friendly smile.
Got to El Chico last night and was seated at a table. Sat there for 14 minutes and no one would wait on us. The servers were too busy talking amongst themselves. When they were finally through talking they just came by our table and smiled. Finally got up and walked out!! Drove to Ted's Escondido where we should have gone to first. Really disappointed in El Chico's service and attitude!!!
