went to bathroom and while gone they cleared my plate. I had maybe taken 2-3 bites. worse insult made me pay with only 10%discount. will never go back

Went there today and it was the worst experience I’ve had ever!! It took over 40 min to get our food and the waitress never once checked in us. When we complained and asked if they lost our ticket they said they are training new people and only offered ice cream. Then they charged us for sodas that were supposed to included in the lunch special and they argued with us over it. I usually love this place and go there often. It will be a LONG time before I go back!!

I am sorry to say this about el charro Their food is not that great when I come in to town my family likes to eat there i don't have a choice I am from Phoenix and One of the waitress has a A bad attitude I think she needs to change the attitude of hers and treat here customers with respect So she wouldn't have to get this bad comment on el charro I'm sorry but they need to change better cookers And better waitress .....
everything was great I asked them to send her out waitress to send her out she said who I was talking about I said my grandmother from the kitchen. food was just like grandmother made.TD III
service took forever waiting to order food then our for food took 45 minutes to get it we still had to wait for silverware. Service was BAD😡😡😡😡😡
