Lousy service lousy food Will never go there again
Maria was a wonderful server she went out of her way to take care of my family and Steven took care of my whole families meals. They both wanted to make sure that my family was happy no matter if I work there or not. My family loves El Charro they want to come to eat here everytime they come down from california to visit. Thank you so much to my wonderful co workers for taking care of all of us. We really appreciate it.
this is the worst Mexican restaurant I've ever ate at in my life I asked for water with lemon there was no lemon in it she didn't fill up the cups and they brought us food that taste like old dirty Grease and the meat was really bad and sour like it was no good so we left the plates on the table with the food and we still end up having to pay for it full price and they did no discount nothing so we will never go back to this place and eat again la Casita all the way. all I could say was oh I'm sorry...very bad customer servi... read more
our burros were practically all tortilla. Hardly any meat in them. 4 meals. burros, hamburger and french fries, and enchiladas. nope. all not good.
I say it’s the best Mexican restaurant in Safford (Gila Valley) area.
good service. great food. need to go back to old style of paying out in front tho.
I have been eating here since high school and it is always great. It is my favorite place to eat every time we come home.
