The apartments are clean and have spacious living rooms. The kitchen and bathroom are small in the 1 bedroom apartments, but it still makes for a nice place to stay. Management is friendly and professional.
I have lived at Embassy since Aug 2016. The apartments are a little older, so come with some issues associated with older buildings, but if you contact the office during regular business hours, most things are handled promptly and professionally. The after hours call center is terrible, so god help you if something happens after hours, but it's a great location and super cost effective. I have live in this apartment for a year and just renewed my lease. My one bedroom is extremely spacious. Maintenance requests are always filled for me within 2-3 days. Everything is included with rent. Walls are thin enough to hear but most of the neighbors are pretty quiet.
Either my brothers or I have lived in Kings Apartments for seven years now. These apartments are very nice and reasonably priced. I only have to pay electric on utilities which is awesome. They are spacious and close to campus. The helpful and attentive management make living here that much better. I have been very impressed with the new management as well, and I can tell they truly care about the people renting from them. Embassy-King Apartments is a great place to live. The management are extremely helpful and always responsive. The maintenance workers have quickly solved all problems that we encounter. The location of the apartments is convenient.
Very professional management, always takes care of issues soon after I report them. Very fast internet and great neighbors.
I have lived here for about a year now and I can honestly say it's a great apartment complex to live at if you want to be close to downtown Springfield and/or MSU. I've never had any issues and management has always been cool and friendly to me.
Good starter apartment for college kids. Really spacious living spaces and reasonable rent. The buildings are older, however there is emergency maintenance if there is ever a problem. The leasing office is almost always available and can answer any question you have. Overall a nice living space!
